PRC-Laguna chapter leads “Bike for Humanity: Bike for Fun” activity



SANTA CRUZ, Laguna, Aug. 15 (PIA) -- The Philippine Red Cross Laguna Chapter will hold the “1st Bike for Humanity: Bike for Fun” activity on Aug. 28 in celebration of International Humanitarian Law (IHL) Month. Bike for Fun aims to increase public awareness on Red Cross programs and activities.

A registration fee of P50 will be collected from each participant. The activity will start at the Rizal Monument at the new city hall of Calamba, 5:30 am. There will be stopovers at RECS Sports Complex in Barangay Bubukal, Santa Cruz, Laguna and end at Siniloan Municipal Hall covered court.
The first 1,000 registrants will get a souvenir Red Cross water container and a "143" baller. The biggest number of delegates will be given a certificate of recognition and a certificate of appreciation.
